Idarucizumab

Humanised Fab molecule derived from an IgG1 isotype molecule, directed against dabigatran. The molecule is composed of the light chain (amino acids 1-219) and the heavy chain fragment (amino acids 1-225), covalently linked together by one disulphide bond.
